The extractor is made of steinless steel. It has two SS honey gates. The lid is made of transparent acrylic glass. It is powered by an electric motor with a safety switch which stops the motor, if the lid of the extractor is opened.
The motor is situated down what enables to open both covers at the same time so two person can operate.
Automation enables the process of extraction independent. We can set seven different programs. In each we can set 7 different times and seven different directions and rotation speeds. Programs can be changed easily.
The type "profesional" enables the cassetes to be easily removed. This is good for easier cleaning.
The basket cassettes are double and made of vertical wires and cannot damage the honeycomb.
