The extractor is made of steinless steel. The lid is made of transparent acrylic glass. It is powered by an electric motor with a safety switch which stops the motor, if the lid of the extractor is opened.
The motor is situated down what enables to open both covers at the same time so two person can operate.
Automation enables the process of extraction independent. We can set seven different programs. In each we can set 7 different times and seven different directions and rotation speeds. Programs can be changed easily.
The basket cassettes are made of vertical wires and cannot damage the honeycomb.
